- Minimum Hire3 Hours
- Hourly Rate (Mon-Fri, Apr-Sep)$350
- Hourly Rate (Sat & Sun, Apr-Sep)$450
- Hourly Rate (Oct-Mar)$500
- Each Additional Hour After 4 Hours$300
- BYO Food & Drink$150 (flat fee)*
- Wharf Fee$50 (per visit)**
- Special Day / Public Holidays20% surcharge
- New Year’s EvePOA
